Walking distance to swimming and fishing opportunities. Pike fishing is especially popular. The area has beautiful nature and proximity to grocery store, bakery, medieval herb garden, playground, cafe and serving at the windmill, m.m. 5 km away there is a campsite incl. a mini golf, larger beach and soccer field.
Good connections to Karlskrona only 500 meters to the bus stop and 1 km to the ferry that takes you to Karlskrona in 15 min. Feel free to pack your picnic basket and explore the Eastern archipelago with a direct ferry connection from Sturkö!
The studio building, 51 sqm large and built in 2000, consists of two parts with their own entrances. Between the doors there is a porch with a roof, which makes it easy to walk between the spaces dry-shod and lightly dressed.
One part consists of a living room with kitchen, the other part a shower room with toilet and washing machine and a bedroom one floor up.
In the living room with open roof and large light, there is a dining area, sofa group and 46 inch full HDTV with basic offerings, as well as cinema sound. Free fiber WiFi, with good capacity. In addition, there is an air source heat pump installed, which provides wonderful cooling when the sun heats up the most. The kitchen area is well equipped with, among other things, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave as well as fridge and freezer.
The bedroom has 4 80cm box spring beds, which you can easily refurnish for the best comfort. Travel cot and high chair are available to borrow.
The studio building is located on the same plot as the owners' house, a croft and a back cottage 30-40 meters away. The plot is 3000sqm large and lush and you share a garden with the owners. On the southeast side of the studio building is a neighboring plot, whose house is located about 50 m from the studio building.
Private patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities are available.
The weekly rent is for 4 people. An additional 2 people can stay here, for SEK 500 / person and week, on an extra bed in the living room. If necessary, a folding bed in the living room can be included.
During the low season, the cottage / studio building can also be rented for SEK 1,000 / day. During the low season, the cottage / studio building can also be rented for SEK 1,000 / day, or SEK 2,500 for 3 days.
The tenant cleans before check-out. SEK 800 is deposited at check-in, and is refunded at check-out. Normal eviction cleaning can be included, cost SEK 800.
Bed linen can be rented, SEK 150 / set
Half the rental cost is paid upon booking, the rest according to "general regulations", which are announced upon booking request.
