Newly built house of 50+15 square meters located directly at the sea.
The house is our guesthouse but we let it a few weeks during the summer.
It has a living room and kitchen in an open plan. Kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sleeping loft with double bed (120 cm) and possibility of extra bed.
A new cottage is built, connected directly to the guest house. It serves as master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a charming sight towards sunrise and the sea.
Free, high speed wireless internet.
Jetty with sailboat depth and a large deck. Long sandy beach.
Life vests of various sizes are available.
Jetty is shared with the hosting family, if we are present.
Open boat with 5 hp motor, a kayak and a canoe are included in the rent.
Sauna with shower. In the sauna house there is also a bed loft.
For children there is a playhouse, swing, slide, trampoline and a swimming raft.
Boule course.
The house is located on an island in Stockholm's inner archipelago. Regular traffic with ferries at least three times daily during summer.
Five minutes by own boat to the mainland where there is guarded car and boat space.
Taxi boats are also available in the area.
Linen and towels are not included in the rent but can be provided at an additional cost of 25 € /person.
Final cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company and means a mandatory fee of 125 €.
