Sea view cottage. Dishwasher. WiFi. Washing machine. 30 meters to the sea and 70 m to pier/swim. Refrigerator/freezer, floor heating in bathroom/shower. Water toilet. Private parking. Boat with electric motor (2021). The canoe is family size (max 2 adults and 2 children). Wi-Fi 250 Mbit/s, fiber, unlimited megabytes.

Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with floor heating. Most of cottage has 3 meters from floor to ceiling. Photos mostly from 2021/2022.

The cottage livingroom and a kitchen/dining area. From here there is an extra door to the terrace with outdoor dining furniture overlooking the sea.

One bedroom with high quality spring beds: 2 single built in bunk beds (200 x 90 cm each) + 1 double bed (200 x 160 cm). Max occupancy 2+2 people (4 in bedroom or 2 in bedroom and 2 in living room in a new high quality bed sofa 160 x 200 cm).

Easy access to lots of uninhabited archiepago islands were you may explore, fish, bring picnics etc. Good fishing area. Beautiful nearby areas for forrest walks.

The house boarders a meadow. Private parking next to house. Cottage has Wi-Fi/Internet with unlimited megabytes.

Television: 40" Smart-TV (Apple-TV) via fiber as well as a DVD/Bluray player.

In Norrtalje (15 min away and a popular resort among Stockholm locals) you find lots of stores, restaurants, super markets, museums etc. Norrtalje / Stockholm bus stop is 350 meters from cottage.

Driving distance from house to: Norrtälje 15 min, Stockholm central city 60 min, Furusund 15 min, Arlanda Airport 55 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Uppsala 70 min.

We normally rent Saturday to Saturday. Electricity, water and wifi (un limited MB) included in rent. Price is for up to 2 person occupancy. Extra SEK 750/week for each additional person up to maximum 4 persons. Discount per week after first week: SEK 1200.

COVID-19: If desired, check-in and check-out can take place without you as a tenant having to meet anyone.

We spent two great weeks in this lovingly and perfectly equipped house with incredibly friendly hosts. There was nothing missing - chairs and sun loungers on the terrace, fishing tackles, life vests, picnic blanket, cool box, very comfy beds, a top modern bathroom and much more. The excursions by boat into the archipelago were wonderful. If you are looking for peace and 'not much need' around here, this is the right place. Stockholm and Uppsala are just 60 minutes away. It does not get any better!

Wir durften 1 Woche in diesem wirklich sehr gepflegten, perfekten, kompletten und liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbringen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Das Haus mit der schönen Veranda, Tisch, Stühlen, Liegen und Sonnenschirm befindet sich kurz vor einem kleinen Privathafen, zu dem auch das zum Mietobjekt gehörende 5 PS Boot liegt. Damit konnten wir wunderbar, stundenlange Ausflüge in die angrenzenden Schären unternehmen, wobei es immer etwas Neu-es zu entdecken gab. Für die sportlich ambitionierten Urlauber gibt es auch noch ein Kanu dazu! Angelausrüstung, Ret-tungswesten, ein Grill und vieles mehr gehörten ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Dies alles, gepaart mit der Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der supernetten Vermieter Olof und seiner Frau Patricia machten unseren Aufenthalt dort zu einem ge-lungenen Urlaubsvergnügen. Nochmal vielen Dank an Olof für die Seekarten, die Tipps bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkauf sowie die kurze Einweisung zum Umgang mit dem Boot.

We stayed 1 week during June and Midsomma in this amazing cottage. Location is perfect, not too far from Stockholm (ca. 1h) and located directly at the coast with wide horizon view over the whole archipelago. Cottage is very modern, rent includes motor boat, canoe, grille and everything you need to live a relaxed and chilled holiday. Landlord was very welcomely. Will definitely spend another summer holiday out here.

Das Häuschen mit skandinavischem Charme im Country-Style liegt einfach optimal. Eine Stunde mit dem Bus vom pulsierenden Leben in Stockholm entfernt, bietet das sehr ruhig gelegene Haus alles was man zum Entspannen nach einem Stadtbesuch braucht. Ein gemütliches Landhaus mit wunderschönem Blick auf die See, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Terrasse mit Pflanzen, Grill. Ein kleines Boot mit Aussenborder steht auch zur Verfügung. Hier wurde mit Liebe ein Ferienhaus geschaffen das hält, was die Beschreibung im Internet verspricht.

A beautiful place to stay with nice landlords. The interior of the cottage is clean and comfortable. And our boys loved the boat!
